OLD WORK!
The image above is based ok the internet meme, Longcat. So the point of this drawing was just to have fun and learn from messing about, and this is what happened. i took about hrm.... lets think 2hours on this. it took so long because i had to wait for paint to dry, and also draw it in pencil. it was about the time where i figured out that oh wait, drawing in pencil before doing it in pen would let me shape it, and not mess up by drawing something that i would not want around later. Ok so i used watered down acrylic paint which i then dryed with a hairdryer. then i went crazy with the pencil, went over it with gel pen and bam i had something interesting on my hands. nothing amazing but i went and scanned it in, from there i messed about with inverting and selective colour things on photoshop.
Like this simple invertion. My photography teacher said editing work in such simple ways is overall not something to go WOW! at, but everything is art and such the simple changes at anything you do should not make that version anymore rubbish. Ok i did take something my photography teacher said out of context but it still made no sense to me in a photography course. if it looks good that is all that counts, many hours put in or not. While im on the subject, i dont like the idea that moden artists should get anything for anything simple and effortless. Depends on the item at hand but over i think that way, never said i dont like it.
Ok, after that attack of thoughts just thenm, this is the next step i took after inversion. I selected the inside area >.< and that was a boring task to do but hay it was worth it right?
